An automated scanner named Strix gained full admin access to Baseten's production GitHub repositories in just 25 minutes. The tool achieved this by discovering a live admin token exposed inside a publicly accessible Docker image. The incident compromised critical product, deployment, and CLI codebases, underscoring the severe risks of leaked container secrets.
