Terms and Conditions

BETWEEN

Digital Jetty (the "Provider"); and a client ("you").

THE SERVICES

The Provider will supply you with the services and products it offers on its website.

All orders must be paid for upfront.

The Provider is obligated to deliver only the services and products for which you have paid upfront.

The Provider will supply its services and products only in the locations described in the offer.

Unless specified otherwise in the offer, shipping costs and taxes are included in the price.

ADDITIONAL FEES

You will pay or reimburse the Provider for any additional costs explicitly noted in the Provider's offer.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your order before it is provided or shipped, the Provider will refund the full amount to you.

The Provider can cancel your order at any time, for any reason. In such a case, the Provider will refund the full amount to you.

DATA PROTECTION

You consent to the Provider holding and otherwise processing data related to you, including disclosing such data to third parties, both electronically and manually, for the purposes of:

- The Provider's administration and management of its business.

- Compliance with any applicable procedures, laws, and regulations.

GENERAL

A person, firm, or company that is not a party to this agreement shall have no right to enforce any of its terms.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties.

The Provider may update the terms and conditions from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be illegal, void, invalid, or unenforceable under the laws of Provider's jurisdiction, the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected. If any of the restrictions contained in any of the clauses are void but would have been valid if some part of the clause were deleted, the restriction in question shall apply with such modifications as may be necessary to make it valid.

COMMENCEMENT

You agree in full to these terms and conditions by placing an order with the Provider.
