Hallucinopedia is a newly launched project on Hacker News that acts as an encyclopedia for a procedurally generated universe. The world and its lore do not actually exist until a user visits the site, dynamically creating the content on the fly. This interactive platform offers a unique approach to generative digital world-building and exploration.
