Microsoft has introduced lib0xc, an open-source C library featuring standard library-adjacent APIs designed to facilitate safer systems programming. The project aims to help developers reduce common vulnerabilities and build more robust software without abandoning the C language. The source code is now available for public use and contribution on GitHub.
